Crows (クローズ Kurōzu) is a manga series created by Takahashi Hiroshi that ran in Monthly Shōnen Champion magazine from 1990 to 1998. The story follows the exploits of teenage delinquents in and around the fictional Japanese town of Toarushi, particularly the students of the infamous Suzuran All-Boys High School.

The series was adapted into a two-episode OVA titled Koukou Butouden Crows, and three live-action prequel films: Crows Zero in 2007, Crows Zero II in 2009, and Crows Explode in 2014.

Plot Edit

Fiery teenager Harumichi Bouya transfers to Suzuran All-Boys High School, nicknamed "The Crows School", an institution known for its deliquents, badasses, gangsters and rejects. He just wants to be the number one fighter in school, and his pursuit of that goal will set in motion a chain of events that changes the entire town.

Sequels and Spin-offsEdit

Crows was followed by a sequel series, Worst, that ran from 2002 to 2013. The first two films were also adapted into official manga, titled Crows Zero and Crows Zero II: Suzuran x Housen respectively. The third film received a one-off prequel manga, titled Crows Explode Gaiden.

An unrelated series but set in the same universe, QP, ran from 1999 to 2001.
