Plot[]
Expressing deep concern over the escalating influence of the Manji Empire, Masuko Takurou initiated a strategic alliance with Hiruta Masashi, who had recently ascended to the leadership of Kyouya. Their objective was ambitious yet calculated: to consolidate control over all of Toarushi's gangs, positioning Kyouya as the 10th branch under Zeniya's umbrella.
However, Masuko's unilateral actions, undertaken in Zeniya's name, triggered intense opposition from Ogawa Kenji, the vice-president of Zeniya. The stakes heightened due to Masuko's antagonistic stance against The Front of Armament (T.F.O.A.) and direct conflict with Ogawa Kenji's blood brother, Murata Juuzou, who held the position of vice-head within T.F.O.A.
