Snake Heads, a gang led by Hachima Chouji, emerged with a vision to dominate various city gangs, funded by his family's wealth.

Plot[]

Hachima Chouji, the heir of Toguko Family, established the Snake Heads, an approximately 20-member gang, utilizing his family's wealth. His aim was to exert control over multiple city gangs, a plan facilitated by hiring Jinnai Kouhei.

Jinnai, understanding that his friends TeruKiiko and Parko posed obstacles, placed a bounty on them, drawing the ire of rival gangs [1]. The Hedoro biker gang and the Hakuka Alliance school were among the first to align with the Snake Heads.

After Teru's stabbing incident, Parko sought aid from Ryuushin in Toarushi. Harumichi Bouya and Bitou Tatsuya also joined forces, leading to the formation of Parko and Dangerers. This new alliance confronted the Snake Heads' aggression.

However, internal tensions within the Snake Heads arose. Jinnai aimed to infiltrate the Toguko Family through Hachima Chouji's connections. While the officers suspected Jinnai's motives, only Sonada Masayuki remained loyal to Chouji. Jinnai orchestrated a trap to eliminate Sonada, manipulating the dynamics within the gang.

Jinnai escalated his vendetta against P.A.D., abducting Tamasu Tsuyoshi as bait. To further bolster his ranks, he offered the position of Snake Heads official to anyone who captured the remaining P.A.D. members. This enticement led to other city gangs, including Hakurou, Eren Academy, and The Basement Rats, aligning with the Snake Heads, fearing they would become targets otherwise.

Hacchou had clandestine intentions of eliminating Jinnai after achieving his conquest of the city. He plotted with Eguchi, a double agent, for this purpose. However, Jinnai uncovered the plan due to a slip and promptly eliminated Eguchi. Jinnai sought the counsel of Tetsuji, the strongest among the officials, who emphasized the importance of strength. Following a battle with Jinnai, Tetsuji conceded and pledged unwavering loyalty to him.

With Tetsuji's loyalty secured, the other officers followed suit. Jinnai's influence extended to the Yakuza in Tokyo, culminating in a plan to dissolve the Snake Heads and integrate his officers into the Yakuza ranks.

Attempting a final showdown, the Snake Heads kidnapped Tamasu once again to bait P.A.D. However, their intricate plans unraveled as P.A.D. proved resilient, aided by reinforcements from Bitou Hideyuki and the Housen's skinhead army, Murata Juuzou and The Front of Armament, Hiromi Kirishima and the Harumichi Family. These factions withdrew to allow Teru, Kiiko, and Parko to confront Jinnai. Despite Jinnai's victory, he realized the futility of his actions, consumed by regret.

In an unexpected turn, Jinnai fell victim to a surprise attack by Sonada, sustaining fatal injuries. Sonada turned himself in to the police shortly afterward. Following Jinnai's demise, his friends paid their respects at his grave, encountering Tetsuji. Tetsuji vowed to carry on Jinnai's aspirations and ascend to the pinnacle of the underworld.

Known Member(s)[]

Snake Heads commenced with approximately 20 members. However, their ranks swelled to around 200 underlings from various gangs before their eventual defeat at the hands of P.A.D.
